Send us your plans. Within 2 working days you get a professional, fully broken-down estimate you can trust and send to your client, priced by a working builder.
Most quotes are a single line and a total, which gives a client nothing to compare and little reason to trust it. Ours breaks every element down, so your client can see exactly what they're paying for.

No. It's a professional estimate of likely build cost based on your drawings. Builders' tender prices can vary, but a detailed breakdown makes them easy to compare.
We're working builders who price jobs every week. Estimates are prepared from our own live project costs, not a national average calculator. This is not a RICS-regulated service.
For builders, yours. On your first job you give us your day rate for each trade, plus your profit margin and contingency, and we price every estimate with them. Architects and homeowners get our standard regional rates, based on live jobs.
Yes. For builders, we deliver the client PDF in your logo, colours and contact details, ready to send. Just upload your logo and details with your first request; we keep them on file for every job after that.
We price the core extension and alteration work shown on your drawings. Kitchens, sanitaryware and floor coverings go in as clearly labelled provisional sums for a complete overall price. Ancillary items such as porches, log burners, landscaping or solar are only included if you ask. VAT, professional, planning and Building Control fees are excluded.
We can't see below ground, so foundations are priced as a typical strip foundation. If piled or special foundations might be needed, we add a provisional sum. Below-ground drainage isn't measured: where new drainage is shown on the drawings we include a provisional sum, and where none is shown it's excluded.
Yes. Builders should always check the quantities, rates, scope and provisional sums against the drawings and site before pricing to their client. If anything needs adding, changing or taking out, tell us and we'll re-price it.
Anywhere in the UK. We're based in Cheshire and work from your drawings, so no site visit is needed.
